Detailed Narrative Description of Project : Designed our common ETP Plant for woven Dying, Printing & Finishing, Textile wet process plants in the year 2018, from the initial stage to commissioning, to include all sorts of architectural & multiple engineering consultations. This factory is a platinum-grade LEED-certified project since its inception.

Name of Senior Professional Staff (Project Director / Coordinator, Team Leader) Involved and Functions Performed: Engr. Md. Ruhul Alam, Civil & Structural Engineer, was the Team Leader to lead & monitor the professional team engaged in carrying out the necessary activities of the project.

Pre-design Phase
• Site analysis
• Land Survey (Topographic surveys)
• Sub-soil investigation
• Preparation of a conceptual architectural master Plan showing the proposed Structure
• Approval of the conceptual master plan
Design Phase
• Preparation of all Sorts of Architectural Designs & Drawings as per the TOR
• Preparation of structural (Both Foundation & Super-Structure), following the BNBC 2020 code guideline
• Preparation of MEP Design & Drawings following the BNBC 2020 code guideline
• Preparation of Fire Detection & Protection Design & Drawing as per fire & safety defense regulatory rules
• Preparation of Interior Design & Drawings as per TOR
• Land Scape & Site Development
• Preparation of BOQ & Cost Estimation
• Preparation of Cost estimation following the PWD current rate schedule/ Market Prices
• Preparation of standard technical specification
• Preparation of standard tender document
Supervision Phase
• To assist the client with contract administration & management.
• Site Supervision and quality control
• Progress & monitoring reporting
• Technical oversight of work
• To maintain the standard Health, Safety & Environmental issues of the project
• Project closeout and handover
