Detailed Narrative Description of Project:
Preparation of a Techno-Economic Feasibility Study (TEFS)
for setting up a new Integrated Paper Mill consisting of
four (04) different stand-alone plants, mainly for
production of Security Paper, Cartridge Paper, Bond Paper,
Cards Paper, Stone Paper, and other related paper
products. The project also includes development of a
comprehensive water supply and drainage system network
within an area of about 47 acres of land under Bangladesh
Chemical Industries Corporation (BCIC), to be converted
into a completely new industrial unit. The total
construction area of the proposed project is approximately
500,000 square feet.
Covering the following information :
(1) An Inception Report.
(2) Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) Report.
(3) Environmental, Climatic & Social Impact Assessment
(ESIA) Report.
(4) Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) Report.
(5) Flood Inundation Study of the Selected Site.
(6) A Detailed Master Plan within the land of about 47
acres with Topographic Survey, Landscaping, and
Architectural Design for Each Component.
(7) Geotechnical Evaluation Report.
(8) Detailed Structural Design with Green Building
Concepts for Each Component.
(9) Detailed Electromechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, and
Sanitary Design Specifications.
(10) Detailed Design of Sewerage, Storm Water, and Solid
Waste Disposal System.
(11) Detailed Design of Fire Safety and Protective
Measures.
(12) Detailed Design of Security Access Management System.
(13) Cost Estimation and Bill of Quantities with Detailed
