Detailed Narrative Description of Project: Preparation of the Techno-Economic Feasibility Study (TEFS) for establishing a WPP Bag Factory with inner liner facilities by introducing energy-efficient and environment-friendly technology within the premises of Dhaka Leather Company Ltd., Nayarhat, Savar, Dhaka-1350, Bangladesh. Preparation of a detailed Master Plan for the project area, including topographic survey, landscaping, and architectural design for each component. Preparation of all architectural designs and drawings, including: Complete building plans and sections, 3D architectural views, Land survey and soil test (subsoil investigation), Engineering designs, including: Structural design, Plumbing and sanitary system design, WTP (Water Treatment Plant), and STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), Internal and external electrification. HVAC, and lift mechanical systems, Fire Detection, Protection Design & Drawing as per fire and safety defense regulatory rules. Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimation following the PWD current rate schedule and prevailing market prices. Preparation of technical specifications and standard tender documents for all works. Project Estimated cost BDT. 925.01 crore.
