Established in 1994 by Engr.Abdul Wadud, FIEB,MBA as a sole proprietorship concern, the Firm initially undertook Textile & Garment Industries sector in & around Dhaka. Meanwhile, to meet up the extreme growingly demand for industrial consultation & assistance services particularly in the textile sector, the Firm has gradually included several types of services actually required for setting up Industries in case of both pro consultancy services & in the Turn Key development.
In 1994, the firm focused primarily on Textile Industry Sector such as Spinning, weaving, Denim, Dyeing & Finishing, Knit Composite, Garments & Sweater projects etc. During this period Engr. Abdul Wadud has been associated with a number of reputed groups of companies.
By mid of 2000, Bangladesh has been experiencing an accelerating rate of development in Industrial Sectors. The firm was expanding accordingly and has contributed a significant effort in the development of Textile sectors.
In 2004, the company have been upgraded by the private company limited by share.
Aim of WASO is to reach at multinational level to provide package consultation service in multi sectors of Industries.
An extra ordinary unique one stop industrial Package consultancy Firm since last 20 years for providing additional financial sectorial services (like preparation of project feasibility of multi-sectors) in additional to Engineering, architectural services. By this time WASO have completed 3500+ Feasibility study reports of various Industrial / trading sectors.
